A leadership coach sought a brand identity and website that reflected his philosophy - blending mindfulness, transformation, and modern leadership. The goal was to create a cohesive visual identity and online presence that felt both authentic and distinctive.

Challenge
The coaching space is crowded and often generic, making it difficult for new voices to stand out. We needed to craft a brand that felt personal yet professional, and clearly differentiated him from other leadership coaches - especially those in the mindfulness and self-development space.
Objective
To design a modern and memorable identity that merged Eastern wisdom with contemporary aesthetics - one that communicated his depth and values, while feeling visually fresh and aligned with his coaching approach.
Results
We created a brand identity inspired by Japanese design - merging Eastern wisdom with modern minimalism. Key elements included circles for growth, gates for transformation, and a modern colour palette symbolising energy and mindfulness. The logo was designed in collaboration with Leander Bormann, drawing from Akshay’s initials and symbolizing gateways to transformation.
