Common questions.

What is a brand sprint?

A three-week engagement with pre-work that covers three things most agencies treat as separate projects: your company positioning and messaging, a visibility strategy for whoever is the face of the brand, and a distribution architecture for how it all reaches people. Four workshops, two interviews, one final presentation, three deliverables.

How is this different from hiring a branding agency?

Most agencies stop at positioning and visual identity, then hand you a 50-page deck. This sprint goes further into two areas agencies typically skip: the visibility strategy for the person (or people) behind the brand, and how you distribute through people, not just paid channels. And we do it in three weeks, not three months. We use AI to accelerate everything that should be fast, while keeping the strategic judgment human.

Does it have to be the founder?

No. The visibility strategy works for the founder, a co-founder, a head of product, or even the team as a whole. We figure out who the right person (or people) is during the pre-sprint interview.

Who is this sprint for?

Founder-led consumer, wellness, and tech companies with product-market fit, scaling past founder-led growth, funded or bootstrapped. The product is working, the brand hasn’t caught up, and someone on the team is willing to be publicly visible.

Who is this sprint not for?

Pre-product-market-fit startups (the positioning won’t hold). Companies looking for execution, content production, social media management, or copywriting. Companies where nobody is willing to show up publicly.

How long does the sprint take?

Three weeks from kickoff to final delivery, plus pre-work. Your total time commitment is about 7-8 hours: four workshops, two interviews, and one final presentation. Everything else happens between sessions.

What do I need to prepare before the sprint?

You fill out an intake form covering your product, your story, market, competitors, audiences, and current positioning. Then we do a 60-minute pre-sprint interview. I use all of that plus my own research to come prepared with positioning directions for the first workshop.

How much does the brand sprint cost?

The sprint starts at €10K, fixed scope, for early clients. No hidden fees, no hourly billing. Add-ons are priced separately.

What add-ons are available?

Three options: team visibility activation (extend the work to multiple team members), a brand retainer (ongoing strategic support for the public face, starting at €3K/month), and design and web development oversight with trusted partners.

Do you do logo and visual identity design?

I work with trusted design partners and stay involved to make sure the design matches the strategy. Visual brand identity and website builds are available as add-ons.

How do I book?
