Challenge
The UK’s creative sector remains heavily centralized and underrepresents diverse voices. The challenge was to build a brand that felt bold, inclusive, and culturally grounded - without falling into clichés or tokenism.
Objective
Create a name, brand identity, and positioning strategy that captured the collective’s mission: shifting perspectives through photography. The goal was to reflect multiplicity, empower creators, and build a recognisable presence in the industry.
Results
Delivered a full brand system - including naming, visual identity, tone of voice, and marketing plan. Kaleido launched with a dynamic visual identity and a clear, purpose-led strategy, positioning them as a fresh voice for authentic storytelling.
