Build a distinctive retreat and wellbeing brand from zero in a crowded market, without an existing audience or platform.
Approach
I founded Eunoia and led everything — brand strategy, design direction, website, content, partnerships and retreat execution. The brand was built around meaningful growth, community and intentional experiences across wellbeing, creativity and self-development.
Impact
Four retreats across Bali, Sri Lanka and Portugal. Sold out the first experience with almost no prior audience.
