augo was entering a crowded category where the market leader felt clunky and many newer tools were implicitly threatening the coach’s role. The opportunity was to build a premium, design-led alternative that felt modern, intuitive and coach-first.
Approach
I led augo’s brand strategy and defined its human-first positioning as an AI company. I shaped the messaging, tone of voice and visual identity, then built the pre-launch social and founder-led brand strategy. Later, I supported the business in a fractional CMO role across launch, community and growth.
Impact
70% profile visit growth and 2.5x followers in two months — all organic. Pre-launch strategy built momentum for a launch event with 100+ interested attendees.
